The Australian Psychological Society (APS) National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2025-2026 is $318.00 for a 45-60 minute consultation.

At Revive & Thrive Psychology, the fee for a 55-60 minute consultation is $250.00.
This fee has been set to keep support more accessible, while still reflecting professional training, experience, and the time involved in providing quality psychological care.

Private Paying Clients
If you are privately funding the sessions, a referral is not required. The rate remains at $250.00 per 55-60 minute consultation.

Medicare-Referred Clients
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be able to access Medicare rebates for psychological support. The current Medicare rebate for a 55-60 minute consultation is $98.95.

NDIS Clients
We currently accept NDIS clients who are plan or self-managed (not agency-managed). The current NDIS price guide sets the consultation fee at $232.99, which our services align with.

School Consultation
School consultation service fees are $250.00 per hour, unless otherwise specified. For larger projects or ongoing support, a tailored quote will be provided.

Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. It’s best to check directly with your provider to confirm what your policy includes.

We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee, as this time has been set aside for you and, out of respect for the clinician’s time, it’s often not possible to offer it to someone else at short notice.
