I provide psychological support for neurodivergent and neurotypical children, adolescents and young adults. My focus is on understanding each young person’s strengths, needs, and everyday environments, and developing practical, individualised strategies that support meaningful and sustainable progress over time.

Psychological Support

Individual therapy for emotional, behavioural, and learning-related needs, including anxiety, emotional regulation, school difficulties, and skill-building.

Living room with neutral-colored sofa and armchair, round coffee table, woven wall mirrors, floor lamp, and decorative pillows, with beige rug and natural décor accents.

Neurodivergent Support

Support for ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

This may include screening, psychoeducation, and guidance to support understanding of individual profiles and recommendations for further assessment where appropriate.

I also support families following a diagnosis to help make sense of information and identify practical next steps.

Cognitive & Educational Assessments

Psychometric testing for children and teenagers, using gold-standard assessments.

Formalised assessment may be useful in understanding learning styles and academic needs, including strengths, differences, giftedness and areas where personalised support may enhance learning and development.

At Revive & Thrive Psychology we use the Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V) and Weschler Individual Achievement Test (WIAT-III).

School Consultation & Support

Consultation with schools to support inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming learning environments.

This may include guidance on adjustments, classroom strategies, and collaboration to support student engagement and wellbeing.

Additionally, I support schools to develop trauma-sensitive environments and responses, including consultation and guidance in the aftermath of critical incidents.
